U.S. regulators have crypto companies in their crosshairs. The U.S. DOJ is pursuing crypto-related fraud and investigating hacks and exploits. Novel crypto technology is increasingly being featured in high-profile civil litigation. With this focus on crypto projects and providers, are you doing everything you can to mitigate risk?

Join Fenwick litigation partner Dave Feder and associate Rebecca Matsumura for the second session in a quarterly series of updates on the latest cryptocurrency and digital asset disputes, enforcement actions, and key rulings. Corporate associate Christopher Crawford will moderate the discussion.

This one-hour webinar will explore recent case developments, discuss new filings, and provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape surrounding the blockchain and crypto industry.
